Candidate/Elementary Teacher – $50.00 At a teacher's college or elementary school. ($40 early bird, $50 after deadline)
New/Retired Teacher – $120.00 1st/2nd year teacher or retired ($100 early bird, $120 after deadline)
Regular Delegate – $200.00 ($160 early bird, $200 after deadline)

Our conference will take place at the Physics and Astronomy Building indicated on the campus map.
Campus accommodations are available at Ontario Hall.
Car and Parking: Parking is available at the Medway and Springett lots for visitors, see the campus map. Parking is complimentary after 5pm on Friday and all day Saturday but will require a credit card for entry Thursday night/Friday daytime. Rates are $1.50/hr to a daily maximum of $12.00, more details here
The Thursday night BBQ, Friday lunch, and coffee breaks are included as part of your conference fee. For the exact times, please refer to the conference program.
The exhibit area will include one 8' x 2.5' table at a cost of $250. One extra table can be obtained for an additional $100. Non-profit, charitable organizations will not be charged a fee. Organizations who are identified sponsors of the OAPT Conference will not be charged a fee. The Exhibit area will be set up for Friday May 11, 2018 only. Set up will be made available by 7:00 am, with participants arriving by 8:30 am. The day ends officially at 5:00 pm. You may stay until 5:30 pm, if desired.
Financial Assistance to Attend The Conference
